View works

Cornish landscape artist John Brenton presents an exclusive collection inspired by a series of walks around the spectacular Camel Estuary and along the North Coast Path.

His richly textured oil paintings celebrate the beauty and vitality of the Cornish coast. Using a palette knife and brush, he details the rise and fall of the tides, rock pools on the beach and swathes of spring flowers on the cliffs, against the scudding clouds and clear light of Cornwall’s Atlantic skies.

John Brenton has been selected for exhibition at the Royal Academy Summer Show, the Royal Society of British Artists and the Royal Society of Oil Painters. His works are held in private collections throughout the UK and internationally.
